I’m Michael Pindy, Founder and Head Coach of MP Sports Academy, a private football coaching company based in East London/Essex.

My coaching journey began over seven years ago, working within different coaching environments and gaining valuable experience in individual player development and academy-level football. I later established MP Sports Academy, which has now been operating for over five years.

Having been born and raised in East London, football has always been a major part of my life. I started playing at six years old and went on to play senior semi-professional football before moving further into coaching and player development.

Today, MP Sports Academy works with players across all levels of the game — from young and grassroots players to academy players, scholars and professionals.

Our aim is simple: to give every player the opportunity to experience a high-quality, professional training environment.

Every session is designed to challenge the individual, improve their understanding of the game and build the confidence needed to perform.

We believe great coaching is more than delivering drills. It is about understanding the player, building trust, setting high standards and creating an environment where players feel confident enough to express themselves and comfortable enough to be challenged.

Different players will have different journeys, levels and goals.
